Our Salina Scientists worked hard in preparation for their experiment in the annual Science Fair that was held February 1st, 2017. The Fair was open to all students in 6th, 7th, and 8th.
The participating students were to develop a problem statement or question they wanted to answer, then conduct the research on that problem, collect the data and develop a conclusion. They used a display board to tell the story of their project and were to prepare a final written report. Finally, the projects were reviewed by judges. These judges interviewed the students, giving them the opportunity to explain their projects and the work they performed. Thank you to Ms. Muhsin, Ms. Hussein, and Ms. Baydoun, and for your hard work in organizing the fair:
