Dear Parents/guardians:
The C-ASSIST family free health clinic is working with your child’s school to give appropriate
vaccinations according to the immunization schedule to children at school. We will hold monthly
vaccination clinics at Salina Intermediate. The first clinic will be on December 5th from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm in the conference room. This service will be offered by appointment only. School staff may contact you if your child is not up to date on immunizations.
Qualifying families can benefit from this service who are on medicaid or without insurance. There will be no cost to you. Only vaccines you agree upon will be given.
