Welcome to Salina- Home of the Wildcats. My name is Ms. Eman Ali, and I am very proud to be the Principal at Salina
I am a former Alumni and Salina Wildcat Student!! I attended Salina from Pre-School-6th Grade. I also attended Stout Middle School and Edsel Ford High. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Michigan. I also have a Master’s degree in Education with a Bilingual/ESL Endorsement from U of M. Go Blue! I have completed my Education Specialist Leadership Degree (Post-Master’s) in administration through Oakland University.
There is no job more rewarding than teaching. I was a classroom teacher for 15 years. I have previously taught 1st, 4th, and 5th grade in elementary. I have also taught 7th and 8th grade in secondary.
This year will be my 9th year in administration and the 7th year as the principal of Salina School. My leadership experiences include a year-long administrative internship at McDonald Elementary, Dearborn High School and Bryant Middle School. I was also an assistant principal at Woodworth Middle School.
